In 2014, Iowa Cold Storage expanded their warehouse by 1.1 million-cubic feet, now totaling 7.4 million CF. Their facility for transportation and warehousing logistics just off I-80 was built from the ground-up to meet the specific needs of their business.

The Shoppes at Prairie Crossing, a 200-acre development is a combination of shopping, dining, and residential opportunities.
